THE CHALLENGE

 To create a new brand identity for this London based competitor to Ticketmaster. This involved developing a new SEO friendly ecommerce website with a custom built content management system.

After detailed planning and insight Box Clever identified an opportunity to develop the website way beyond standard content management to become a fully capable credit control system to manage online and telephone orders. This increased efficiency and also cut 3rd party software license costs. The website also manages the ‘Platinum Club’ loyalty point scheme.
The proposition

The digital element of the new brand identity takes the new logo’s colours to create a colour coded design and rolling flash banner that make the site engaging, as well as easy to navigate.

By incorporating a strong CMS system the client can manage credit control on the site, creating a safe environment where customers do not need to leave the site to make payments. Box Clever also produced a more consumer focussed mini website for tickets to Wimbledon.

The results

The website has become an essential business tool, facilitating over 3000 transactions, worth approximately £1m; reducing 3rd party software license fees by an estimated £10,000; with approximate traffic levels of 24,000 website views per month, 90% of which are new visitors.
