Information for Potential Participants

My name is Martina Cingolani and I am an undergraduate student from the School of Arts, Social Sciences and Management at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. As part of my degree course, I am undertaking a business research project.

The title of my project is: Informing potential clients about inbound marketing through a deeper understanding of their needs.

The Honours Business Project aims to improve Spyndl’s ability to inform potential clients about inbound marketing by implementing a new methodology to understand their contextual needs, and consequently offer them specific resources and contents. I am looking for volunteers to participate in the project. The criteria for inclusion are business owners or managers operating businesses in Scotland.

If you agree to participate in the study, you will be asked to complete the following questionnaire. The researcher is not aware of any risks associated with completing the questionnaire. The whole procedure should take no longer than 10 minutes. You do not have to answer any questions that you don’t wish to and you are free to withdraw from the study at any stage. You do not have to give any reasons for not wishing to answer any particular questions or to withdraw from the study. Furthermore, it is unlikely that there will be any apparent benefit to you, either now or in the future as a result of taking part in this study.
